I am primarily an Art Psychotherapist predominantly working with adolescents and adults but also work with children 5 years up. I have extensive experience working with trauma, with a specialism in sexual and gender-based violence. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and work with neurodivergent clients. I can support with a range of difficulties including anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and more. I am holistic and work flexibly to meet the needs of my clients.
I am trained in psychodynamic art psychotherapy and have since completed specialist sexual violence training. I work with clients at their own pace helping them to understand what they want from therapy and how we can work on that journey together. I help my clients to find their underlying difficulties and develop greater understanding of themselves.
