Hello, I’m Cassie ! With 14 years’ experience, I’m an integrative, trauma-informed therapist supporting adults, adolescents and children in person & online. I offer online therapy for UK expats abroad, including in the UAE, providing a consistent support without the high cost of local services. I work creatively with adolescents and use play-based approaches with younger clients. I offer a steady, compassionate space where we can gently explore major life transitions, grief, anxiety, or anything else that feels heavy. I also offer parent consultations for those seeking support with their child’s emotional or behavioural challenges.
My therapeutic approach is always tailored to the individual. As an integrative therapist, I draw on CBT, mindfulness, somatic inquiry, gestalt, breath work - and creative/play focused approaches for younger clients. I have a gentle Cavalier Spaniel who is a therapy dog in training.
I offer a hybrid of online and face-to-face sessions.
