I am a qualified relationship therapist, trained by the world renowned Tavistock Relationships in London. I specialise in relationship and sexual issues. I recently completed my training as a psychosexual specialist, helping couples and individuals with varied sexual problems including erectile dysfunction, premature/delayed ejaculation, vaginismus and female genital pain, desire issues, and the effect of religion/culture on sexual functioning. I am currently working in this field in an NHS setting as well as private practice. I work online and in person in East Grinstead. I offer both short and long term therapy.
Psychosexual therapy seeks to understand root causes of sexual problems and explore psychological and behavioural approaches to solve them. For relationship issues, we will think together about the patterns and behaviours that need to change. I will listen and offer practical and effective support in a non-judgemental, professional and confidential space.
After you make contact we can have an initial phone conversation. If therapy with me seems like the right kind of support for you, we can meet for an initial consultation. Consultations are online or can be face to face in East Grinstead. An initial consultation lasts 75 minutes, ongoing sessions are 50 minutes long.
