Do you feel stressed, anxious, lost or unsure about what you need to be able to make changes in your life? Would you like to be able to talk through how you are feeling without judgement with someone outside of your family and friends? Having a designated time every week to focus on yourself, your needs and your goals can really help to make long lasting positive changes to your relationships, work satisfaction and emotional wellbeing. I offer a relaxed and welcoming space to help you build resilience, strength and self love.
As well as counselling I offer Therapeutic Coaching, incorporating therapeutic techniques as well as identifying goals, developing strategies, overcoming challenges and increase self esteem/confidence. Areas people often focus on include better job satisfaction, improving relationships and living more authentically.
I also offer trauma informed counselling i.e working with historic and more recent trauma/s and being alongside clients as they process trauma safely.
I often work with neurodivergent people, exploring communication, relationships and work through a neurodiverse lens.
I specialise in work with LGBTQ people, including trans and non binary people.
