I am a experienced, qualified Therapeutic Counsellor. I am able to work online and face 2 face. I have experience working with Children and Young people and men and women of all ages, backgrounds, cultures because of my work in a variety of sectors. I have worked within various counselling organisations and schools, offering individual therapy and support to those that need it most. Additionally, I also have experience as a Christian counsellor. Therefore I am comfortable talking about spiritual beliefs. I can help with a wide range of issues and conduct frequent reviews as the quality of the relationship is crucial to development
Using an integrative approach tailored to the needs of each individual, I strive to help my clients understand and find practical ways to cope with their challenges. My training has taught me to look at a person holistically and I primarily draw upon person-centred, cognitive behavioural, and solution-focused approaches to therapy in my work.
