When life feels out of focus it's good to talk. My name's Carolyne and I'm a trained integrative counsellor. I can support you to restore your self-confidence, work through your issues and help you recognise you matter too! Everyone’s unique as are our experiences. Something that is overwhelming or difficult to process for you may not be the same for those around you and that’s ok. I’m here to help you unpick what is going on for you in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. So, rather than ignoring the elephant in the room, lets invite it in and talk.
I have experience working with local organisations and charities Counselling Matters Bexley and Women's Aid. I have supported clients going through bereavement and loss, suffering with anxiety and panic attacks; depression; low self-esteem; self-worth issues; and with survivors of domestic abuses including sexual abuse (male and female) and trauma.
