I am highly trained & have been working as a therapist & trainer for many years and am happy to offer my experience & insights to help you try to resolve your difficulties. I work holistically recognising that stress & trauma affects the body as well as the thinking process. With a Psycho-sexual specialism I work mainly with trauma , grief & loss. Poor relationships, infertility, infidelity, life-stage issues can lead to a breakdown in communication & heartbreak. My conversational approach can help explore these situations.
It is very important to connect with your therapist as you begin to share often deep & painful issues. I hope that my life experience helps me be empathic & not judgemental.
