Welcome. As we embark on a new year, are you resolved to make changes in your personal life or relationships? Have you been impacted by a life change, or are you tired of repeating the same patterns? I provide a warm, empathic space for both individuals and couples to explore their experiences. Sessions will uncover patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, gently challenging outmoded ways of being. I am trained to work on a wide range of issues, with particular expertise in anxiety and self-esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, life transitions, loss and bereavement.

My training is in Transactional Analysis, which explores what's going on between people, as a way to better understand what's happening internally. I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship, so that the patterns and challenges you face outside may be explored and understood.

With a warm and empathic approach, I enjoy creating a space where we can work together to explore your challenges. I believe that therapy should be life-affirming and even enjoyable, and I appreciate embracing all the parts we bring, including confusion, sadness, overwhelm, and joy. As a classical pianist, I enjoy drawing on creative interventions.
