I have 40 years of experience helping people understand themselves more deeply, heal from trauma, and build healthier ways of living and relating. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma‑informed practice. I work gently but effectively, helping you make sense of what’s happening inside you — not just at the surface level, but in the deeper emotional and subconscious patterns that shape how you think, feel, and behave. I offer on-line and in-person sessions to work through a wide range of concerns
I support people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, psychosexual issues, ADHD, autism, and long‑standing emotional patterns that feel hard to shift. I use an integrative approach that blends evidence‑based psychology with depth work and integrative hypnosis, always at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I am gentle but wise. I have been called a magician, as my patients gain insights where years of therapy with other services has not really helped. The changes I offer are life-changing and long-term. If you make the commitment to do some good for yourself, then the challenging process of therapy will be worthwhile.
