I have been a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 20 years and I have valuable experience and extensive insight into the conflicts and dilemmas that people face. I work one to one with Individuals and Couples. I offer help towards achieving a more stable and contented state of mind, whether a person or couple's issues are about their past or present circumstances.
Stress and Anxiety can affect people in both their work and private lives, and these states of mind upset not only professional but also family relationships.
I offer help in learning how to rebuild your life and restore a healthy mental state of mind.

I specialise in relationship issues, anxiety and coping with stress. What we experience early in life becomes a blueprint for the rest of our lives.
This may include physical, sexual or gender matters and/or purely emotional experiences. I listen and consider how to help in practical, proative ways.
I practice from a home base in a spacious living room with beautiful views, and this provides a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in which to experience a counselling session. I also work online when needed.
