I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you. People often come to counselling feeling anxious, overwhelmed, under pressure or experiencing low mood. Together we can explore patterns, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I offer face-to-face counselling in Berkhamsted, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead, as well as online therapy across the UK.
Therapy with me is a relaxed, thoughtful conversation where we work together to understand what’s going on and what might help. At times this may feel “comfortably uncomfortable” as we explore more difficult areas.
I’m neurodivergent-affirming and have experience working with anxiety, low mood, trauma, and people in high-pressure roles, including the emergency services. You’re welcome to get in touch, even if you’re not sure where to start.
