Hello, I'm Caroline. I'm a BACP Registered Counsellor, Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 22 years' experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges and life experiences, and I'm here to help.
I work in an integrative, trauma-informed and proactive way. Rather than expecting you to fit one particular model of therapy, we'll work collaboratively and shape our sessions around you. I draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches and practical strategies, helping us find what feels most useful and meaningful for you.
