Everyone walks through shadow and light during the course of their lives. Often we can work our way through the difficult times with help from friends and family, or our own internal resource. But sometimes we just need something more than this. A space to be deeply heard; where there is no judgement; where we can explore the troubling; difficult; unexplored aspects of ourselves and experience. As we do this they often lead us in the direction of our own innate wisdom to find the answer to what is troubling us. As a person centred therapist; it is this unique space that I will provide.
I am a Person Centred UKCP Registered psychotherapist holding an MSc from the Metanoia Institute. The person centred approach is a for growth approach, holding at its core a deep optimism that people can bring about lasting and meaningful change for themselves.
