Hi I'm Caroline, coming to or returning to therapy can be really daunting. I'm an experienced BACP Accredited Integrative Therapist, passionate in my role and I have nearly 20 years of practice to support you.
Life can be challenging at times and problems can feel overwhelming. Whether you’ve experienced trauma, loss, abuse, or feel anxious or depressed, or feel stuck and confused. A bespoke and meaningful therapeutic relationship can provide the support, awareness and safe space to authentically meet your needs.
I'm skilled and experienced in building strong therapeutic relationships with children, young people and adults.
Using an Integrative approach we build a strong therapeutic relationship to explore, build insight and understanding, develop strategies and facilitate you to reach your goals. I’ve worked extensively with Trauma, loss and abuse in multiple settings. I’m a clinical Supervisor and an EMDR therapist for both adults and children
