I’m a personable sport psych who specialises 100% in injury and chronic pain. Research shows that if you understand your pain, you hurt less. So together, we can explore your pain experience, answer your questions, and find ways for you to get back in control of your recovery and being you again. My support uses a unique blend of psychology support, latest knowledge from pain science that tells us how and why we feel pain, and wellbeing promotion.
You know your pain best, but have questions and concerns. Together we; make sense of it, become clearer of its causes, and reduce your pain-related worries. This will give you confidence; in what to do to recover better, to move more/better; and to think in more helpful ways. I can also work with your medic, physio, etc.
