Are you struggling with your relationships, sleep, feeling overwhelmed or navigating difficult or unmanageable mood changes? Maybe constant thoughts are making life unbearable, and it's hard to move forward with your life because it feels like you're swamped? Or you might just want some clarity and more meaningful relationships? I'm here to support you. I help the people I work with manage anxious thoughts low mood, family or work related stress, life changes, social communication and their relationships. I also support people with trauma, complex emotional needs and living with neurodivergence and some mental health diagnosis.
My practice is grounded in an integrative approach, using different approaches and a safe space for you to explore what's happening for you. This may be online or in person. either outside, inside at my home in North Lincolnshire or a therapy space in Hull or Brigg. We might work together for 1-6 sessions, 6 months or longer depending on what you need.
It can feel really difficult choosing a therapist which is why I offer the first session for free. This session gives us a chance to see if we can work together and we can decide at this point if i'm the right therapist for you. Whatever we decide, you will be supported if that's what you need.
