With 10 years of experience of working with young people I aim to empower them to navigate uncomfortable feelings, build confidence and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
I am a BACP Accredited counsellor. I provide short term and long term counselling online and in person at The Practice in Weybridge, Surrey or in Hampton Hill near Richmond. I offer EMDR therapy to adults and teenagers. EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy method that can help with anxiety, phobias and trauma. I offer EMDR both online and in-person.
