I work with adults, children, young people and families. You may have difficulties with your mental health, self-esteem and wellbeing, be experiencing loss, processing grief, having difficulties at work, in relationships or seeking to work through trauma, past, present or childhood issues. You might be neurodiverse, at a cross roads in life, or living with gender, sexuality, sex, relationship, addiction or disability issues. You may want to work through negative patterns of behaviour or you may simply be struggling in the world and need a space for reflection.
I offer a safe space for you to use in the way best suited to you. I am an integrative counselling psychotherapist with a background in social work. This grounding allows me to use a variety of models and tools, with an awareness of social issues impacting adults, children, young people and families. Empathy, non-judgement and openness underpin my work.
