I am an experienced and qualified counsellor based in Marlborough, Wiltshire. I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents; placing a strong emphasis on the quality of our developing relationship, exploring together the challenges and changes bringing you to therapy. Empathetic and passionate in my counselling work, I will be helping you navigate life’s difficulties, working with you towards personal growth and clarity by providing a safe and non-judgmental space; building trust in a mutually meaningful relationship and encouraging you to voice your experiences, thoughts, feelings and emotions.
I have extensive experience working with young adults; exploring challenges and issues around relationships, life transitions, complex family dynamics, bereavement, identity, purpose, anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
