I am a BACP-registered psychodynamic counsellor specialising in anxiety and depression and working with adults (18+) and offering both short-term and long-term therapy. Alongside my private practice, I work as a therapist for Barnardo’s and have contributed to several charitable organisations throughout my career. I hold a degree in Psychology and Management, a Masters in Personnel Management, and professional qualifications in psychodynamic counselling and trauma.
I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress. Talking through your experiences can bring relief and help you feel less isolated.
My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your life—particularly if you're dealing with ongoing anxiety or depression—and to support you in seeing things from new perspectives.
