I work with adults experiencing trauma, dissociation, anxiety and emotional distress, including experiences that may not have felt fully understood before.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor, grounded in person-centred values, with psychodynamic understanding and additional training in trauma and dissociation. Together, we can explore your experiences and what feels helpful, shaping our work around your needs, preferences and pace.
