| español Talking therapy is my vocation and professional passion. I am of dual heritage and have a background in languages: Communicating and listening are at the heart of my practice. My training was in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Minster Centre. This approach draws from the major therapeutic schools of thought. I think about what you feel on many levels and help you to find your own understanding. Whatever you wish to share, I give you time to reflect. I also work relationally. This means that the trusting partnership we develop will allow you to notice how you relate to yourself and others.
Therapy can be a challenging and painful process at times, but I believe it can lay foundations for a more satisfying life. In our time together - short-term or open-ended - I hope to foster the feeling that you can say whatever is on your mind. The counselling will be shaped by your needs.
I pay close attention to all aspects of your experience - emotional, physical, relational, spiritual. I encourage you to develop self awareness so that you become more familiar with how you respond in relationship and to life events. This builds resilience and confidence.
