If you need relationship/couples counselling, family therapy, individual therapy, or sex therapy, you've come to the right place. I work in person and via webcam/phone with couples, partners, families and individuals to help clients improve communication, manage conflict, deal with family problems, improve sex lives, cope with separation/divorce, and manage fallout from infidelity or affairs. All of these can cause anxiety and depression. I work with adults of all ages, up to and beyond retirement, offering a safe space where you can talk confidentially about any relationships, with partners, friends, work colleagues or family.
I welcome diversity of individuals and relationships. LGBTQIA+, CNM/Polyam, SW and Kink friendly. I welcome neurodivergent clients such as autistic, ADHD, PDA, dyslexic and other neurodivergent folks. I can help with life transitions like menopause, redundancy, and retirement, and I am experienced in working with clients affected by cancer.
