I work with a variety of issues as listed below, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, and trauma. I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology providing me with knowledge and expertise in mental health as well as strategies to help you make the changes needed.
I use a variety of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, as well as therapy informed by Compassion focussed therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), which provides a more relational approach. This allows me to ensure that therapy is individualised to your needs.
