I specialise in working with adults who have experienced trauma using compassionate approaches and EMDR.
I also specialise in neurodivergence, acknowledging the unique strengths and challenges, as well as providing support on the journey of diagnosis, self-acceptance, and managing any mental health comorbid difficulties.

I work with a variety of issues as listed below, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, and trauma.
I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology providing knowledge and expertise in mental health, as well as strategies to help you make the changes needed, and the understanding and life experience of a compassionate human.
I use a variety of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, as well as therapy informed by Compassion focussed therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), which provides a more relational approach. This allows me to ensure that therapy is individualised to your needs.
