Hi, I'm Caroline and I offer counselling with compassion and understanding. As we begin a new year in an uncertain world, it's easy to feel lost, overwhelmed or anxious. If you're experiencing challenges in life and you don’t know where to go, that's where I come in - talking things over is known to help, especially when you're really listened to, by someone who doesn’t judge or try to fix you, and of course, it's all done confidentially. You may not realise it yet, but you are the expert on your life and counselling can give you the keys to unlock that expertise both now and for use in the future.
I believe in giving you the flexibility and opportunity to work in the very best way for you. If you're a creative person we work that way; if you prefer to talk, then you are able to do just that. If you don't know, we can explore all options to help you find the best way for you. All in a safe, confidential space.
