Hi, I am Caroline, a Clinical Psychologist specialising in relational trauma, anxiety and low self-esteem.
The relationships that we have throughout our lives have a profound effect on our wellbeing, both in helpful and unhelpful ways. We can experience the negative impact in different forms; e.g. stress, fatigue, anxiety, burn out, relationship break downs, etc. People often come to see me looking for help to address this impact, to turn things around, and make lasting changes for a better future.
I always work with clients to create an individualised therapy plan that will best support them to achieve their aims. I have been trained in a number of psychological and therapy models, which enables us to work together to offer what is going to be most helpful for you, which may include incorporating different models to help achieve your goals.
