I am a qualified Psychotherapist, offering a confidential, warm and reflective space to help you gain insight into the issues that are affecting you. I commonly work with clients experiencing: ADHD and Autism, stress, grief, anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, low motivation, low self-esteem, a sense of emptiness, relationship difficulties and identity issues.
I offer both long-term therapy and shorter-term counselling to adults and young people from 18 years old, both face-to-face (outdoors optional) and online. I value keeping the therapy I offer as organic and client-centered as possible, whilst ensuring we have a joint vision of your hopes and goals. My aim is to get the most out of our work together.
