I currently work in a counselling agency in Plymouth as well as running my own practice so have a range of experience working with many different people in many different situations.

I am a person-centred psychotherapeutic counsellor, working in a relational way which means that I always put my clients at the heart of therapy. The therapeutic relationship formed is key to helping clients fulfil their desired potential. It is a non-directional approach, believing at its heart that everyone is capable of achieving their desired potential.
