Hello and welcome. I am a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw from a variety of models and approaches to create a bespoke therapy to suit you. I offer a warm and empathetic environment where each client is seen as an individual with unique momentary needs. Together we will build a relationship of trust and safety in which you can explore your emotions, develop insight and awareness to promote healing.
I have particular experience working with grief, anxiety, life transition, depression, trauma, abuse, pregnancy and fertility amongst others existential and psychological issues. Along with talking, I can also work with a number of other complementary practises, such as breathwork, guided visualizations, dreamwork, art and other forms of creative expression.
Finding a therapist can be daunting. I believe the client-therapist relationship to be the most important foundation of the therapy, so I would encourage you to allow yourself time to find the therapist that feels right for you.
