I have extensive experience working with a diverse and multi-ethnic range of clients. I have worked in the NHS where I provided therapy for women with histories of childhood sexual abuse and complex trauma. Additionally, I have been working for Kent council and a charity supporting parents and adolescents who were facing challenging family dynamics.
On a personal note, I grew up in Germany and, prior to training as a psychotherapist, I built a career as a sales leader in the hospitality industry across Germany, the UAE, and the UK. As an expat, I've learned to navigate the complexities of being an outsider while finding connection in unexpected places. I work with individuals, couples and families.
