There are many reasons why you may be seeking counselling. Emotional distress can be overwhelming and disabling as well as having an impact on your ability to live a full life. I aim to help clients explore their feelings in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. Each person is unique and I tailor my approach to suit the needs and preferences of each individual client. I draw upon a number of techniques within a person-centred and Integrative approach to help clients gain a better understanding of themselves and their lives and address the problems and issues that may be causing them distress.
I am a counsellor psychotherapist with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist ‘BACP’ I am also a professional mental health practitioner with over 25 years experience within the NHS. During this time I studied Counselling and Psychotherapy, graduating from Aberdeen University in 2018 PGdip. I also hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
I offer a safe space in which to work through your difficulties in a way that recognises your individual needs. I am based in the south side of Glasgow. I offer a reduced fee to those on a lower income
