There are often times when we need extra support with what life throws at us. It is my goal to provide you with the support you need at these difficult times. To help you identify and make changes in your life for the better. I provide a confidential space to explore and share your thoughts. There are all sorts of reasons why people come to therapy so please just ask if there is something you would like to talk about. Some of my areas of expertise include loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, self harm, relationships and families, trauma / PTSD, sexual / domestic abuse, addictions (drug, alcohol, internet).
As an integrative counsellor / therapist. I weave many theories such as gestalt, Transactional analysis, CBT, psychodynamic analysis and grief models into my practice as no one client is the same, we are all unique. I enjoy working with adults and young people either face to face, on-line or via telephone. The sessions can be short term or long term.
Coming to counselling can be daunting, I aim to make it as comfortable for you as I can. Following an initial free phone call to meet and discuss how we will work together. We will then agree a date and time for your first session. This first session is charged at £35 and is a chance for us to experience working together. Subsequent sessions are £50.
