Hello. I've been working as a therapist for over 25 years and am based in Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7. I work with both couples and individuals. If you are struggling to cope with distressing emotions or circumstances, I can help by providing a private, safe place where together we can explore your difficulties and enable you to move towards positive change. I have helped many people who were struggling with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, coping after separation or divorce, bereavement and other
challenging life situations or changes. As an 'integrative' therapist, my training included a number of different therapeutic approaches, (e.g. transpersonal, person-centred, relational, CBT). When working with you I will draw upon the most appropriate approach according to your individual needs.
