Hi I'm Carole, thanks for checking out my profile. I have always been interested in people, how we all experience our world, and how life events affect us. I understand that we can have difficulties with thoughts, feelings, circumstances and relationships leading to confusion, low self esteem, lack of confidence, stress and difficulty coping with life. We often find ourselves in unexpected situations with family issues, bereavement, work related issues and it can be very difficult to look after ourselves while we deal with these as each person's experiences are very different.
I offer you an empathic and safe space where we can explore what's happening for you, and how you are experiencing your life. I am a person centred/Integrative Counsellor, meaning that I adapt sessions to your individual needs, ensuring you feel heard and understood in our sessions together.
Counselling is not a "one size fits all" approach so I offer a free initial session so that we can meet up, face to face, by zoom or phone, whichever you prefer, enabling us to decide if we can work well together. I offer both short term sessions and long term sessions, depending on your needs and circumstances.
