Hello I'm Carole. Finding the right therapist can be a difficult decision, especially if you are having a stressful time. I use psychodynamic, humanistic and developmental theories, current psychology research and neuro-science. This enables me to offer an effective therapeutic relationship based on your individual needs and personality.
I aim to help you explore your current situation, to develop an awareness of your feelings, thoughts and behaviours and help you gain a meaningful understanding of yourself and how you respond to life and to people around you.
