There are times in every person's emotional life when their nearest and dearest people are not suitable to go to, and this is where my professional skill and experience can be helpful to let you find your way forward. I see my role to create with you a psychotherapeutic relationship of trust and hope which will be unique for the duration of your therapy. I work ethically, non-judgmentally and our time together will be based on a contractual agreement towards your specific goal.
I am an empathic practitioner of Relational Transactional Analysis. I am interested in underlying causes of the issues you bring to the session. I have taken further training in neuroscience and somatic psychotherapy, because the mind, emotions and the body are all affected when life has got "out of synch".
The sessions with me are confidential and in a safe, relaxed setting where you can talk freely and feel listened to, or sit and breathe and let words come when you are ready. I listen with attention and compassion. I will be by your side. Usually, I offer my perception of you in the moment, which may be unanticipated by you and cast a new light on your issu.
