I offer therapy for people of all ages and at every stage of life; providing a compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore life’s challenges, understand difficult feelings and find positive ways forward. Reaching out can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face things alone.
I support people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges and unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving. Therapy will be tailored to you and draws upon talking therapy, CBT, practical and creative strategies to help you gain insight, build confidence and feel more in control of your life
My specialism is working with children and teens and where appropriate, in building collaborative relationships with parents/carers. My approach throughout is neurodiversity-affirming, I am committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals develop better self-understanding, self-acceptance and self-compassion and in helping parents in supporting them.
