I offer therapy session from my log cabin set in the beautiful tranquil and peaceful surroundings of Halesworth a historic Suffolk Market Town, away from the business and noise of everyday life. in this space you can explore in a safe, confidential and non judgemental way any concerns, difficulties or blocks you maybe experiencing that affects your world
I have worked in Mental Health for over 25 years in Primary and Secondary Care, working with Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Addiction, Abuse, Obsessive Compulsive Behaviours and many other psychological difficulties. I have taught at the Matrix Training Centre for Counsellors and at the University of East Anglia . Supervision offered .
