Life can feel heavy when you are stuck, anxious or overwhelmed or carrying the effects of past trauma.
As a qualified CBT therapist I offer a compassionate supportive space, I am solution focused but I appreciate the importance of coming to terms with our past and learning how past patterns can influence our present.
Together we can identify and explore what has brought you to therapy and develop tools to help you feel more control and find a way forward. Whether you are struggling with grief/loss, anxiety, anger or past trauma, I am here to help.
Working with adults and teenagers, and also offer walk and talk sessions.
I offer CBT, but also like to integrate this with values work to help you understand who you are and what your needs are. I encorporate goals and practical techniques to ensure you have some tools to help you after our sessions have finished.
I have lived experience of trauma and its effects on the body and mind so I know there are things that can help.
Overcoming and healing from trauma can be challenging however I am passionate about helping others to do just that.
