I aim to provide a therapeutic experience that directly addresses the presenting issues, but also nourishes psychological, spiritual, emotional, social and physical health and well-being, as these aspects are all inter-connected. Coming to therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're working through difficult times in your personal or professional life. My clients are usually people who want to see the connections between their current state and how they got here, are willing to do the emotional work necessary to move on.
BACP registered, I studied an Integrative course, covering psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy and person-centred approaches to therapy. In the room I will work with whatever is presenting. I have deep insight into pressures and strains of business and personal life challenges. I offer a warm, grounded space to explore what is going on for you.
I'm always happy to have a chemistry call with you. We can spend 10 minutes where you can meet me and I you, and you can decide if you want to start to work with me.
