I’m a therapist passionate about helping people through some of life’s most difficult challenges. I work with individuals facing substance abuse, addiction, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma and sexual abuse. My approach is compassionate, client-centred, and non-judgmental. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen and heard. Many clients carry silent pain for years—I offer a safe space to process experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move forward toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I specialise in addiction and help clients create meaningful change and greater emotional wellbeing. I use an integrative approach, combining person-centred therapy and CBT to support each client’s unique needs. This means we work together to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while building practical tools for everyday life.
