I work with clients navigating the pain of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. These challenges may sometimes express themselves in unhealthy coping mechnanisms, such as addiction, self sabotage and social isolation. I support clients to build self-belief and to move forward with optimism, hope and authenticity. My work also supports individuals in addiction recovery, guiding them to understand and accept themselves so they can live a fuller, more confident life
My approach is compassionate and grounded, focused on supporting you to feel understood, more self confident and in control of where you want your life to take you.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a number of therapies that can support you with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and addiction. My approach is steady, compassionate and always focused on helping you make sense of your feelings, allowing you to speak openly, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence in yourself.
