I see you, as an integrated whole being. If you are stuck and willing to change and hear something different and new then I’d love to work with you. Together we will explore patterns, habits, behaviours and belief systems. At the core of my work I look to support a deep self understanding to provide freedom and choices for the life ahead. If we can meet in person, I use walking therapy and nature to help your process, otherwise we do this differently online. For me it’s about trust, honesty and collaboration.
I use tools from my training, but also life experience from a varied career, world travel, a marriage, and a life which has taught me how to find peace in myself.
