I am an empathetic, approachable and genuine integrative counsellor, with a firm belief in empowering clients, supporting them to achieve growth and healing via a trusting therapeutic relationship that takes into account social context.
From experience I know how difficult it can be to reach out and ask for help. It can also be daunting to choose the right therapist. That is why, sometimes, an informal telephone conversation or a message can help.
