Hi my name is Carmel thank you for stoppping at my page and for reaching out for help. l'm a qualified Person Centred Christian Counsellor. My Christian belief in the dignity of each human being is foundational to my counselling practice. I work alongside my clients offering hope and healing. I am aware that a warm therapeutic working relationship between the counsellor and client is paramount and therefore strive to encourage and guide clients throughout this process by really listening, offering empathy and compassion and motivating them to be the people they were called to be.
I specialise in relieving anxiety, stress and narcissistic victim abuse recovery. I work alongside my clients offering hope and healing. I'm aware that a warm therapeutic working relationship between the counsellor and client is paramount so I strive to encourage and guide clients throughout this process by really listening, offering empathy and compassion.
I am able to provide a confidential space to talk and my hope is that my clients will feel heard, valued and understood. I know from experience that individual counselling helps with personal issues in life such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, relationship difficulties, bereavement and many others.
