Hi I’m Carly. I’m an integrative therapist which means I don’t believe there’s a one size fits all approach to therapy so I will work to tailor therapy to you. I specialise though in working with children & young people, survivors of trauma and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have years of experience working for charities such as Women's Aid, The NSPCC and Off The Record, Bristol. I’m also an artist, and a believer in the healing power of creativity. I am happy to work with you in this way if you want to, though equally there’s no pressure to.
I work to empower my clients in a safe, accessible and inclusive space. I also have a lived and professional awareness of neurodiversity and queerness which I’m mindful of and sensitive to in the therapy room. Overall it’s my aim to work with you to develop your inner resources, in response to the challenges of the outside world.
If you feel you want to talk to someone who will support you to explore your emotions without judgement, who will accept you just as you are, no matter your story, then please do reach out to me. And if you're a parent looking for a experienced and specialist CYP therapist who is able to relate well to your young person then please get in touch.
