Hi I’m Carly. I don’t believe there’s a one size fits all approach to therapy so I will tailor therapy to you. I specialise though in working with children & young people and survivors of trauma and abuse. I'm really passionate about supporting people who have spent their lives feeling othered, silenced and ignored to have their voices heard. I have years of experience working for respected charities such as Off the Record, Women's Aid and Rape Crisis.
I’m also a believer in the healing power of creativity and play. I’m happy to work with you in this way if you want to though equally there’s never any pressure to.
I work to empower my clients in an accessible, inclusive and trauma informed space, which takes into account your environment and its impact. I have a lived and professional awareness of neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ issues which I’m mindful of and sensitive to in the therapy room.
