Whilst starting therapy can at first feel scary, having a private space that is just yours, where you can focus on yourself and explore your past, present and future can be a real relief. Some sessions are more serious and emotive, but smiles and laughter are not at all uncommon. I specialise in working with trauma, anxiety, perfectionism and neurodivergence
