Do you feel anxious, depressed or burned out? Are events from your past affecting your present? Do you want more from your relationships or to understand your neurotype? I believe passionately that everyone can benefit from empathetic, professional support. I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist and I have worked in the field of mental health and well-being for many years, in private practice, charitable counselling services and in statutory homeless, addiction and resettlement services. I take great joy from working with people from all backgrounds, getting to know their stories and their strengths.

I use the accessible and inclusive framework of Transactional Analysis to help my clients better understand themselves and others. I also draw on neuroscience and mindfulness principles among other approaches and philosophies to be flexible and adaptive. No one is the same, so my aim is to attune to each client and their own unique needs.

I offer a warm and supportive service based in empathy and mutual respect. Whether you're looking for long-term therapy or shorter-term counselling, face-to-face or online I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how we can work together to meet your individual needs.
