I am Carlotta. I have a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and am currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology with an existential approach. Since 2005, I have worked in the complementary therapy field, shaping my holistic approach to emotional wellbeing. I believe in the strong connection between mind, body, emotions, and the inner child as a separate but important part of our experience.
