There are many issues that can impact our way of living. Whether the impact is great or small, sometimes we need support to help us through these times. I hope to be able to provide you with a space to explore some of the issues that you may be experiencing. I am a Registered Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MBACP) and a BABCP registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, which means that I can draw upon a range of psychotherapeutic approaches in supporting you. I am able to offer both telephone & remote video sessions.
I can offer short-term or open-ended sessions, which will allow us to explore the issues you wish to talk about. My approach is shaped by my Integrative training. It incorporates a range of psychological approaches and will focus on creating a strong relationship which will allow us to explore collaboratively, issues that are impacting you.
I know that It is not always easy to reach out for support. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to speak about any issues you wish to explore. I am happy to have an initial 15-minute telephone consultation which will allow you to gain a greater understanding of how I work but also how we would work together.
